Kristen Struncjoined the Altaterra Realty & Auction team in 2013 after pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. She completed her real estate classes through Kaplan University and is looking to work along-side with buyers and sellers in their real estate dreams. Kristen has been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollars Producer since her first year as a Realtor. Kristen also works as the Marketing Manager for Altaterra Realty & Auction and is responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company. She takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives. As the Marketing Manager she works hand-in-hand in the office with all the agents to provide the highest possible efficiency. Meagan Brown joined the AltaTerra Realty and Auction team in 2019 after completing her real estate classes through Aceable Agent. She is a lifelong resident of Lamar County and now currently resides in the East Post Oak community, just North of Blossom. She graduated from Prairiland High School in 2009. Her and her husband, Zach, have two sons, Garrett, 7 and Ridge, 3.

Hamilton "Davis" Burkhardt joined the Altaterra Realty & Auction team in October of 2017, after pursuing his Real Estate education through Texas A&M Commerce and Champions School of Real Estate. Along with his extensive Real Estate education, he has a degree in Architecture and Design Technology, which he uses to design residential house plans and remodels as an effective hobby. Originally being from Brandon, Mississippi, Davis placed his roots here in Paris, Texas in 2014 and has never looked back. His goal in Real Estate is to provide top-notch services to buyers and sellers so they can turn their dreams of owning property, whether it be residential, commercial or recreational into reality. His spare time consists of visiting with his family, and relaxing to a good book. Daniel "Deacon" Lewis has been buying & selling at auctions since childhood, ever since his father handed him his first bidder's card and taught him how auctions work.
Now, after a great career in the entertainment industry, having worked in film, television & radio, he has taken his love of the auction business to the next level. Daniel, a graduate of the Texas Auction Academy and licensed auctioneer, has founded Lewis Auction & Estate Services, and become part of the United Country Alta Terra family.

Having been born and raised in Texas and being a long-time resident of the Paris
area, Ms. Ross began her career participating in the Service Industry in which she
was required to deal with people from a service management perspective. Setting
goals and objectives for herself and others, measuring and reviewing those goals
and objectives and reporting findings to management on a regular basis. Much
experience and personal satisfaction was gained during her years in the Service
Industry. Experience that would lay beneficial groundwork for later success in the
real estate industry.
After her marriage to husband J W, the Ross's had 5 children to raise and a future
to protect. Together they chose to place available family investment dollars into
rental properties in the Paris area. Ms. Ross took on the property management
duties for these rental properties as well as assist in property management for
other 3rd party investors. This became Ms. Ross's induction into the real
estate industry. This experience along with an interest in real estate auctions as a
new option for servicing real estate customers around the Paris area, have awarded
Ms. Ross her auction support opportunity at AltaTerra.
While busy attaining her career goals, raising 5 children on the verge of becoming
teenagers quickly convinced Mr. and Ms. Ross that their children were requiring
more focus. Ms. Ross modified her career to provide daily parental guidance and
direction as their children entered their teens and moved towards their college
years. Ms. Ross became deeply involved in the scholastic goals of her children as
they began preparing resumes for their collegiate futures. Ms. Ross spends her free
time in support of their grades, in school as well as extracurricular activities and
service. She also spends any additional hours working as an officer in the
local Parent Teacher Organization as well as managing benefits programs and fund
raising events in and around the Paris area.
Brad was raised in Paris, Texas. After graduation from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M University - Commerce) he began a career that has become over 30 years in government service. Briefly out of college he began working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Dallas Field Office. After living in the urban area for a number of years he realized the need to return to the peacefulness of the northeast Texas rural area and to raise his family in that environment. Brad returned home and began working for the US Postal Service. For the past six years Brad has served as postmaster of the community of Pecan Gap. And, it was during this time that Brad decided to acquire his Texas real estate license. Brad is an experienced Realtor and thoroughly enjoys working with others in assisting them in selling or buying just the right property in this beautiful area of Northeast Texas.

Michael Strunc joined the United Country AltaTerra Team in 2018, after successfully completing his real estate license through Brightwood University. In 2019, after attending America's Auction Academy, he obtained his Auctioneer's license. Michael made the industry leap to Real Estate and Auction Management from Auto sales management, to become his own boss and manage his life on his schedule. Michael Strunc was born and raised in Bogata TX, where he graduated Rivercrest Highschool to pursue a bachelor’s at Grayson County College in Sherman. Michael married his wife, Kristen Strunc in 2016 and they have 2 beautiful daughters, Rhylinne Lynette and Autumn Elaine. Angie Whipkey joined the AltaTerra Realty & Auction team in late 2017 after completing her real estate classes through Kaplan University to obtain her REALTOR® license. Prior to earning her license, Angie worked in the Human Resources and Payroll Accounting field in the senior care centers. She has lived in Blossom and Paris, Texas area for her entire life and is devoted to providing the best life for her and her family. Angie has 2 boys and 2 girls that mean the world to her.
Tammy Woods was born in Fort Worth, Texas but when she was 5 her family moved to the small Western Colorado town of Montrose. After graduation she attended Real Estate school and worked listing and selling ranches, homes and recreational property but had to put that aside to attend to her growing family. At that time she worked from home and began to breed, raise and market Friesian and Friesian cross horses and ran a beautiful small ranch while her husband worked in the logging industry where they owned and ran their own trucks. In 2008 her family made the decision to move to Paris so their children would have the availability of higher education and more opportunities. Her oldest is currently in the Army and has served in South Korea. Her middle child has excelled in Skills USA and despite him being hard of hearing has won a National title in small engine tech and is headed to college to become an engineer. Her youngest has excelled as a trumpet player with our award winning North Lamar Band and is a member of BETA. Tammy has a very outgoing personality and enjoys helping and talking to people, so with the children almost grown and doing well she decided to go back into the real estate world that had brought so much joy to her.
